jaime ritacco - Principal
Jaime rejoined the Molly Allen Associates family in 2019, having first worked at MAA from 2009-2013 and then going on to lead the development team at the National Kidney Foundation before her return. Jaime has experience fundraising for congressional campaigns, multi-candidate PACs and non-profit organizations, as well as managing multimillion-dollar budgets and Boards of Directors. She has executed hundreds of events from intimate dinners to black-tie galas to weekend retreats.
Jaime is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She currently resides in Gaithersburg, MD with her husband, their two sons, and their rescue pup, Franklin.
